Iris Folding is a paper craft technique that involves folding strips of colored paper in such a way to form a spiraling design. The center of the design forms an iris-similar to the shape of the iris of a camera lens.

Paper: Soft Succulent, Cherry Cobbler, Basic White, Christmas Tidings 6”x6” Designer Series Paper, gold glimmer from my stash
Accessories: Iris Folding Star Pattern, Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine, Christmas Trimmings Die, Timeworn Type Embossing Folder, washi tape, rhinestone jewels, Simply Elegant Trim, Mini Dimensionals, Mini Glue Dots
Christmas Stockings (Sketch Challenge)
1. Emboss Sahara Sand card stock using die-cut machine and Brick & Mortar Embossing Folder. Attach to Cherry Cobbler mat. Attach to Basic White card base.
2. For the "mantle, cut a piece of Tidings of Christmas 6"x6" Designer Series Paper measuring 2" x 4 3/4". Score at 1/2" on each long end. Fold over, and attach strips of Foam Adhesive Strips. Peel off backing and attach to the card front.
3. Stamp stockings from Tidings and Trimmings stamp set in Cherry Cobbler, Misty Moonlight, and Soft Succulent inks. Cut out using coordinating Christmas Trimmings die.
4. Cut another three stockings out of Ombre and Rainbow Glimmer Specialty Papers. You don't need to cut out the whole stocking. Just cut out the top. Trim and attach to the top of each of the stockings.
5. Cut various foliage out of Cherry Cobbler, Soft Succulent, and Gold Foil paper using a die-cut machine and Christmas Tidings die.
Attach to the back of one of the stockings.
6. Cut small squares or rectangles out of scrap paper for the presents. Wrap Simply Elegant Gold Trim around each piece, securing it in the back.
7. Add the stockings to the mantle using Dimensionals to pop them up. Slip packages behind two of the stockings using a small amount of adhesive.
8. Attach bows tied out of Simply Elegant Gold Trim to each stocking using Mini Glue Dots to complete.

Accessories: Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine, Christmas Tidings Dies, Brick & Mortar Embossing Folder, Foam Adhesive Strips, Simply Elegant Trim,Mini Dimensionals, Mini Glue Dots
1. Stamp large star from Tidings & Trimmings stamp set on Basic White card front using Cherry Cobbler ink.
2. Stamp smaller stars using Evening Evergreen, Soft Succulent, and Sahara Sand inks.
3. Wrap Evening Evergreen 3/8"Chevron Weave ribbon around the front, securing it in the back. Attach to Sahara Sand mat. Attach to Evening Evergreen card base.
4. Stamp greeting on a scrap piece of Basic White card stock using Cherry Cobbler ink. Attach to Soft Succulent Shimmer Vellum mat. Attach to ribbon using Dimensionals to pop it up. Add a rhinestone colored with a Cherry Cobbler Stampin' Blend to complete.
