I'm always looking for new ways to use a product. That is the case with the Ladybug Punch. Why not use it to create flower petals and
leaves?
Be sure to watch my short How-To Video (link is below)
1. Punch flower petals out of Simply Marbelous (Sale-A-Bration!) 6"x6" DSP using the Ladybug Punch. I punched 10 wings and then cut them in half with a pair of scissors. Punch leaves out of Evening Evergreen card stock and Daffodil Afternoon DSP. Fold some of the petals and leaves in half.
3. Punch 2" circle out of Poppy Parade Ombre Glimmer Paper. Punch 1 3/4" circle out of Very Vanilla card stock. Stamp dots using Flirty Flamingo ink. Layer circles.
4. Assemble flower by adding adhesive to the back of the glimmer circle. Attach petals, layering them as you go. Add adhesive to back of the petals on the left side of the flower. Attach leaves.
5. Emboss Pale Papaya card front using die-cut machine and Bark Embossing Folder. Attach to Soft Succulent card base.
6. Attach flower to card front using Mini Dimensionals to pop it up.
7. Stamp greeting on scrap piece of Very Vanilla card stock using Evening Evergreen ink. Attach to Evening Evergreen mat. Slip behind flower using Mini Dimensionals to pop it up.
8. Attach 2021-2023 In Color Jewels to complete.
