This card may look impossible to create, but it's very simple with one score line and 3 cuts.

1.Start with a 4 1/4” x 5 1/2” piece of card stock.  

2.Score in half at 2 1/8”.

3.Cut in half at 2 3/4” down to the 2 1/8” score line.

4.Turn and cut 1” from both ends down to the 2 1/8” score line.

5.Twist one end to form the Impossible Card. (See how-to video).

6.You can stamp the base or add designer paper matting.

To create the matting, start with 2 pieces measuring 2 1/2” x 4”.

-Score in half at 21/8"

-Measure in 3/4”, cut to 2 1/8” score line.  Remove center using a pair of scissors.

7. Assemble:

-Attach 3 1/4” x 2” piece of designer paper (Hues of Happiness) to pop-up center.

-Attach 2 matting pieces to end panels.

-Stamp bunny on Basic White card stock using Basic Gray ink.  Punch using coordinating Easter Bunny punch.

-Stamp flower garland on bunny’s neck using Basic Gray ink. Fussy cut the ends of the garland.

-Color bunny and garland using Stampin’ Blends or Stampin’ Write Markers.  

-Stamp grass using Mossy Meadow ink.  Color using Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blend.  Fussy cut using scissors.

-Attach bunny to card front using Dimensionals to pop it up.  Attach grass using Dimensionals to pop it up.

-Stamp butterfly and color. Fussy cut using scissors.  Attach to card front using Dimensionals to pop it up.

-Stamp greeting on 3” x 3/4” piece of Balmy Blue card stock using Gorgeous Grape ink.  Attach to Gorgeous Grape mat and attach to card front.  This will help stabilize the card.

-Stamp and color another butterfly.  Fussy cut and attach to greeting using a Dimensional to pop it up.

-Attach embellishments to complete. 

Fold center panel down for mailing.

It's easy to create a Diorama Card!

1. Start with an 8 1/2″ x 11″ sheet of card stock, and cut it  in half at 5 1/2″.  Then, cut it in half at 4 1/4″ so you have two 5 1/2″ x 4 1/4″ panels. For this card, my top piece is Hues of Happiness DSP, and the bottom piece is Daffodil Delight card stock. 

2. Score each piece at 1/2″ and 1″ on the long sides.

3.  Create an opening in one of the panels using a punch or a die-cut machine and a die.  This will be the front of your diorama.  For this card, I used a circle die.

4. Fold along the score lines so the 2 pieces will meet when put together.  For the top piece, the 1” score lines are “mountain” folds, and the ½” score lines are “valley” folds. For the bottom piece, the 1” score lines are “valley” folds, and the ½” score lines are “mountain” folds.

5. Attach a piece of 3 1/4” x 4” Hues of Happiness to the center of the bottom panel.

6. Die-cut circle frame out of Gorgeous Grape card stock by nesting two circle dies.  Attach to front of card.

7. Stamp bunny on Blushing Bride card stock using Basic Gray ink and punch using coordinating Easter Bunny punch.  Stamp grass on Granny Apple Green card stock using Mossy Meadow ink and fussy cut using scissors.

8. Attach grass to inside of circle using Mini Dimensionals to pop it up.  Attach bunny behind the grass using Mini Dimensionals to pop it up.

9. Attach Tear and Tape Adhesive to the 1/2” panel on the bottom piece.  Remove the backing and attach the top and bottom pieces, lining up the sides.

10. Stamp greeting on Basic White card stock using Coastal Cabana ink.  Punch with 3/4” circle punch.  Punch mat out of Coastal Cabana card stock using 1” circle punch.  Layer using a Mini Dimensional.  Attach to card front using a Mini Dimensional.

Happy Easter to you and your family!

1. Create Acrylic Block Watercolor Background:

-Tap Balmy Blue and Pacific Point inks on Acrylic Block “F”.  Spritz with water, allowing the inks to run and pool.  Stamp on Basic White card stock.  Let it sit for a few moments, then lift.  Set aside to dry.

2. Create a mask for the bunny and grass by stamping the images on post-it-notes and cutting out with scissors.

3. Place the mask for the grass where you want to stamp the bunny.  Stamp the bunny using Basic Gray ink over the mask. I used the Stamparatus.  Stamp the carrot image.

4. Place the bunny mask over the stamped image and stamp the grass using Mossy Meadow ink.

5. Place the grass mask over the stamped image and stamp the Easter eggs.

6. Color bunny, carrot, grass, and Easter eggs using Stampin’ Write Markers, Stampin’ Blends, or watercolor pencils.  For this card, I used the gray watercolor pencil for the bunny, and various Stampin’ Write Markers for the rest of the images.  

7. Stamp butterflies and color.  Stamp greeting.

8. Attach to Basic Gray mat.  Attach to Petal Pink card base using Mini Dimensionals to pop it up.
