It's here! It's finally
here! Tonight (in Berkeley) and tomorrow morning (online) we'll be meeting for our very first session of Sweet Serenity.
Here's everything you'll need to be prepared for our time
together:
Everyone registered for the course will get the link to the online classes, so if you're in the live class but need to miss a week, please do catch us the next morning! I'll also send
out the replay to everyone registered.
Try to clear your calendar for 15 minutes before class begins so you can arrive early, get some tea, and connect. I'll open the doors then (physically and online) so that you can get settled and relax and begin in presence.
Make sure to have a notebook or journal handy, as we'll be doing personal work each week that will involve writing, and of course you may also want to take notes! I'll send out my notes every week after class, so don't worry about jotting every little thing down. Just write down what really calls to you.
Even though I sent you a lovely shopping list, don't worry if you don't have all-- or any!-- of your herbs yet! That was just for those with a lot of Virgo in their charts who want to be super prepared. It may make more sense to hear about the herbs and choose to purchase the ones that resonate more deeply with you.
Here's the address for those in the Berkeley class: 702 Harrison St., Unit B. The cross street is Gilman. The sign on the door says, "Home Healing Renovations." There's tons of street parking available, and the North Berkeley Bart is only a 10 minute Lyft or Uber away.
