Meaning what are some things you need to STOP doing to heal?

And what things do you need to hit GO on, to grow?

Let’s Uplevel Your Life

Here are the rules! What? You love rules.

We STOP something first.
What we STOP must end, prevent or reduce something that HARMS.
Our STOP brings relief.
We Go! second.
What we decide to hit Go! on, should GIVE A GOOD.
Our Go! brings pride and opportunities.

STOP a HARM to your Health.

Pick one.

I’m going to lower my sugar intake.

Go! GIVE A GOOD to your Body.

Pick one.

I’m going to hit Go! on locating a 10-20 lb box of avocados to freeze.

When I keep them on hand, I ALWAYS eat them!

If you can only do ONE- do the STOP!

Pick your Health STOP & Go!

Make sure it’s not a complex or compound action.

On your marks.

Get set…

STOP.

Then Go!

P.S. I’ll set a timeframe and cut out eating any sugary things before lunch. That’s easier to manage than a cut in grams for me right now. :-)

And I’m excited about calling around producers to find a box of avos.

They are pricey here in Australia but buying per case makes them a deal.
