Hard Question? Hard Truth.
You know that I teach everything comes down to a single law:Â
As Within, So Without.
Our loves outside of us treat us how we treat ourselves on the inside.
Certain shifts in society have
made it a taboo topic to teach responsibility, yet I will speak anyway.
I, Tanya, am responsible for everything that has happened in my life.
 Good, bad
and ugly.
Let’s be clear. Law degree? That’s me. Weight gains? That’s me. Powerful teacher of Alphas who does not fail? Yep, me. Guy who tried to kill me? Still me.
You cannot change anyone’s behavior unless you can change their
BELIEF. Yet practically and spiritually, that is NOT your job for anyone other than you.
I promise, if you are being abused, I can show you how you are also abusing yourself. Stop the former to change the latter.
This doesn’t require huge metaphysical leaps to understand.
If you do not value yourself and deeply know and live your OWN worth, you will attract, tolerate and be incapable of getting rid of those who would use or harm you.
Alphas’ core wound is abandonment. Meaning we adapted ALL our skills to keep from being left. The ability to endure beyond reason IS a skill, just not one we should use so often for love.
We are trapped in the patterns that formed around us when we were children. Your job and yours soul’s longing, is to help your break free of these abusive
patterns.
Life taught you not to trust when you were young right?
Trust is the foundation of LOVE.
Life taught you not to to ask when you were young.Â
No point. No help would be given.
Life taught you not to expect to RECEIVE good things.Â
This protected you from
disappointment.
But...Asking & Receiving is the foundation of the FEMININE.
Â
Life taught you not to make noise or SPEAK for your OWN NEEDS.
But...EXPRESSION of emotions is how a woman gets seen, cherished and feels protected.
Every abuse you experience on the outside has an inner precursor.
Â
If you are in a struggling marriage, for most I tell them to stay put and SAVE YOURSELF from right where you are (when there isn’t crazy abuse).
You’d be SHOCKED at the marriages I have shifted without speaking a word to the husband. How?

Pay attention - this is million dollar advice:
If YOU are abusing you ( and you are),Â
then you have Victim energy.

If you have Victim energy,Â
then by the Universal Law of
Balance you will (must!) have an Abuser.
Â
I heal the victim focus, patterns, energies, actions and expectations.

We bring your Heart, Mind and Soul into Balance and THAT breaks the cycle so you can finally ask for, receive & expect healthy love.
