We are reaching out in the midst of white light of transition between Fall and Winter. India is surrounded by family and friends. India stirs very little beyond her steady peaceful breathing, expressing almost no pain and peeking into this realm very rarely, without words.
VJ performed a puja this morning with marigolds recently brought back from Nepal by a family friend, and Sathya Sai's images adorning the room. Everyone including India's steadfast 'gatekeepers', Linda Gray and Sabel kitty, received the sacred orange tilak on the forehead. India's photo was placed on Dolma La Pass at 18,600 feet recently, as a friend completed the sacred 32-mile circumabulation of Mount Kailash with myriad other spiritual pilgrims. For Hindus and
Buddhists, there is no more holy place to take one's final breath.
 India is very near...It has been a marvel to witness her conscious process of letting go. Nothing and no one was left unattended to. To sit and be with her now fills one with a sense of completion and a life very, very well lived.
