You have until just before midnight (GMT) on Sunday, March 8, 2020 to get started on your journey to become an accomplished stargazer. After that, the program is closed.
When you register for Fundamentals of Stargazing, you'll be on your way to learning everything you need to become a skilled amateur astronomer.
You'll have a deep knowledge of what to see in the night sky with a telescope, binoculars, and your unaided eye.
You'll know how to choose and use the best optical tools and accessories for stargazing so you can see more and further than you thought possible.
And you'll discover the basic science behind the most beautiful sights in the night sky.
One recent participant said of the course:
"There will never be a way to repay you for all you have taught me. I so thoroughly enjoyed it."
And another:
“This course literally opened up the sky for me. I can now look up and make sense of what I’m looking at. I spent many an evening listening and reading each month’s installment, then headed outdoors to see it all for myself. You can go as deep into the material as you want…”
And another:
“Fantastic course… specific, concise, very encompassing, complete! I enjoyed it thoroughly and refer to it often to reinforce knowledge gained and missed the first time around.”
