Hi ,
How do you pick yourself up after you've failed?
We have all had times that we didn't follow through on what we said we would do. Last year I said I would publish my new book: The Miracle Code.
And the dates and deadlines I created came and went as other things took priority, like flying off to London to speak, Vegas and
Boston.
So yes, I failed to follow through on what I said. But failure isn't real. Like a 6 year old learning to ride a bicycle, how many chances do they get to learn to ride? They get as many as it takes.....and so do we.
If we didn't follow through on something we thought was important, we can re-evaluate, is it still important? If not, we can pivot or make a switch.
If it is still important, we can reprioritize,
refocus and create a plan to follow through.
In fact, and NLP Principle is: "There is no failure, there is only feedback." -- Richard Bandler.
We tend to see failure as black / white or final. But when we put life's challenges into a learning model, all "failures" are simply stepping stones to what's next.
So yes, my Upcoming Book: The Miracle Code launches April 23!

a long process and its finally coming together. I hope you'll join me in getting the word out that we can heal through Mind and Body, feel better and even find our own miracles along the way.
