Have you ever heard the phrase, "Stress is the silent killer"? It turns out there's a lot of truth to it. Our world is grappling with skyrocketing stress levels, especially in the United States, and it's becoming a serious concern. But why should we be so worried about stress?
Research reveals that stress is at the root of more than 80% of all diseases. This might seem astonishing, but when you understand how our bodies react to stress, it becomes clear. I recently spoke with an expert, Don Joseph Goewey, who posed a crucial question: Why hasn't our primitive brain evolved to cope with modern stress? Brain researchers suggest it could take another 10,000 years for such a change.
The good news is that we don't have to wait for evolution. I'm excited to share some easy steps to reduce stress and reclaim a life of ease, peace, and happiness!
