Saboteurs are habitual mental patterns for how we think, feel, and respond to the circumstances we confront. We formed these patterns as children when they were extremely helpful as we struggled to survive real and imagined threats to our physical and emotional security.

But as adults we often remain stuck in (and unaware of) these old patterns which now turn out to create problems for us, causing stress, anxiety, self-doubt, frustration, restlessness, and unhappiness – thus sabotaging our performance, wellbeing, and relationships.
