This week's update is geared towards nutrition. We are big believers in legislating contrast when it comes to nutrition strategies. The two strategies we champion most are the multiple meal schedule devised by John Parrillo of Parrillo Performance and the intermittent fasting schedule devised by Ori Hofmekler who created "The Warrior Diet."
