This week we have a nutrition update. With summertime finally here we are getting a lot of questions about stripping body fat while maintaining muscle gains. This naturally leads into the topic of anabolism and how to amp the metabolism. First and foremost the body CANNOT burn body fat when glycogen stores are not depleted. This has to be the number one rule if someone is truly serious about achieving that goal. Below we have included three links that we thought would be good educational resources. Enjoy!
