Give them writing instructions and throw the knowledge away.

Show them either by graphix, gifs or video [ not forgetting the 3d animations] and you have a student for life. Move the 'student upwards in challenges and watch, Slowly their knowledge integrates with someone elses. Others watch, read, try and do. Then the members come back to assist others with the same challenges.

Amazingly this techniques has been seen to work time and time again.

Show these members that this is a real way of acheiving self assesteam and offer incentives at the other end. Now rather than having a small basis of teachers there are many hands creating light work.

At that point of time some red faces seem to dissappear. Through experience adding a few pages here and there after the for blog post has been published promptly breaks links. No need to panic through as platforms like these of, or based around the Wordpress configurations have apps. These apps once connected to the site in question literally hang on and dig in. Alternatively when activities, camps, trips meetings and other important pick up or drop off information was needed, where was the information as to who actually opened the information!  Great for preempting meeting reading.  Knowing where people came from with what postsor resources they found interesting enough to have opened. More to the point - what pages were opened and read.

There were tools needed to be found

Appropriate tracking had yet to be found when all the people on our committees needed it.  Now the tools are all in one ulimate plaform for resource and information creators.

Literally give people a place where there is an intergrated set of tools, the knowledge how to use them, the experience of others around who have used the tools and end result has been shown to be a veritile community engagement that has a ripple effect. One person tries something and asks questions. More people try that, come up with something different and shares of information occurr.
