To Adjust It's Still One Step At A Time

Suprisingly the experienced message is : Just One Step At A Time.  Exert caution here: That the only entry in is a tiny trapdoor to the subconsious brain. This point is not understood by either the user or the onlookers.

Weirdly this is how things have come together for more than one person on the deep-Post Traumatic Shock slide. If, and only if, a mind reset occurrs some time after a huge shock to the system the key to the door may get turned.

The message from people in this situation is simple "Step by step. One step at a time".

Then the confusion comes. Confusion is the message for stop. Stop is the signal for 'time out.' A simple time out to readjust from what ever was being concentrated on.

In this e-resource space Susan Lewis allows you to experience some confusion that may happen to some people on the deep-Post Truarmatic Shock Time Frame. Sometimes the reality is there is a soft harness. Similar to living life in the clouds.

The e-resource post you are about to read, is written in honor of what has been experienced by others first hand experieng the deep-Post Traumatic Shock Syndrome effects [include Susan herself here].

Aim: There is an increase of understanding to be felt by the reader.

In order to clarify how Susan herself saw things during some of the last years there was many relearning to learn refinements to establish one baseline. There were many people found -  who have been in the deep-Post Traumatic Shock area for years.

About now the brain yells something contrary.

Simply move forward so that you begin the understand need for the basis of a reliable community. Essentially people who are hiding from pain within their mind needs to be uplifted. In varying degrees supported. Then quietly given time to adjust.
The world has changed for them. They are the ones who must choose to step forward, mount their obstacales, rise above their personal challenges. Establish a new base line literally step by step every day.

Basically the fact that the immediate holt happened means a full bail out from what could have been a crash and burn situation. To various degrees every shocking detail may have been interspaced as though with piercing arrows. Fragments so like chards of glass through layers of memory. Memories hidden from the mind. Locked down to avoid the spread of pain.

When the brain associates everything with a fear tag any memory is contaminated. Altered. That feels how brain peppers the litter of 'unnecessary memories.'

At this point Susan found the randomness of people was to be avoided. However children are random. Put things aside. Cope with it. Years later there might be time for a full melt down.

By that time though other things happened. Susan again began to go to school. Challenging her own people fields a new height of Formal education was reached. This achievement opened other doors. The biggest was the feeling of achievement satisfaction.  Along with the 'itch' to continue. This formal education brought a direction to go towards.

Step By Step Here you go.

Which actually brings into play a big gap when establishing a community online. Communities need people. People need to be informed. Informed people make good choices.

One of those choices is to stay informed. To stay informed the person will stand up, step forward and take up a challenge.

Basically People do look for solutions.

Susan asked for a solution. Simply put an invitation arrived.

The deep desire was for the knowledge. The knowledge was there. You are in it. You're in the eye of the storm. And that is what come forward. Through which sure there was overload time.

Action –> Reaction –> Satisfaction Only!

The body, mind and spirit became unified by the dream. Dealing with everything one step at a time through the learning. Simply don't try to understand things. There are things that are totally unacceptable to you within life. Change them.
Positivitly It's still one step at a time

To Make That choice to move forward can be a little overwhelming.

In a way you know that when you accept the fact that the person you once were has to all intensive purposes been left behind. Release popup memories may be the key to building a new lifes foundation.

Your choice to move forward through a new life experience might be the right one for you.
