Are you gluten- free? Originally this recipe was only tested with regular all purpose flour but yesterday I gave it a spur of the moment try with Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free 1 to 1 Baking Flour and they turned out perfect! The cookies are just as good as the gluten-filled version. They do need a couple extra minutes baking time though. Details are included in the recipe.
