Simple, healthy and tasty Oatmeal Waffles!

I'm sharing this old favourite to give me a chance to catch up after my Christmas and New Year hols. A brand new recipe will be winging it's way to you next!

The batter for these waffles can be whipped up quickly and easily in your blender.

Make them fresh or keep a stash in the freezer for quick breakfasts throughout the week. You can warm them up from frozen in a toaster.

Oatmeal waffles are naturally flour-free, oil-free and gluten-free too if you use certified gluten-free oats.
