Dear
Friend,
For the 9th year, I’ve partnered with The Marsh in San Francisco to provide my play on suicidal depression, THE WAITING PERIOD, free of charge to the public. The play is my personal story of a deep bout of depression I suffered in 2008 that was almost the end of me.
Sharing my story has helped to bring the issue of
depression out of the darkness, and it’s helped people realize that they aren’t alone. If they are feeling suicidal they must TELL SOMEONE.
The project has succeeded beyond our wildest dreams, saving countless lives and getting people to seek help.
We’re only able to present this show for free thanks to tax-deductible contributions from kind folks like you. Will you please help us with the 2024 campaign
today?
We’re planning on doing one free show per month in Berkeley and one free show a month in San Francisco in order to help people on both sides of the bay. Our goal is to reach $25,000. So far, we’re at $7000.
Won’t you please help us however you can? If you are in a position to donate $1500 or more, I’ll take you to lunch or dinner at one of my favorite East Bay eateries!

Thanks for whatever you can afford to do!
