Otakon 2020 Refunds
Refund request for Otakon 2020 are now closed. If you requested a refund and your order was recent (typically within the last 4 months, but may vary based on your bank), your credit card was refunded directly. For those of you who we were not able to refund via credit card, we are processing your refund by check. Those will go to the billing address on your order, so please keep any eye out in your
mailbox.
If you did not request a refund, your membership will be good for Otakon 2021. Give us some time to get our website updated and new confirmation numbers will be sent to your email.
