As a CEO, board, or senior management team, choose conversation over termination
According to the OECD composite leading indicators (CLI), world economic growth is losing momentum (OECD, July 11, 2022).
The report
“Among large OECD economies, the CLI for the United States now signals growth losing momentum, a change from last month’s stable growth indication. In other countries, the CLIs continue to anticipate growth losing momentum, dragged down by high inflation, low consumer confidence, and declining share prices.”
The OECD also
