A week and a half ago, I shared that my family was preparing for hurricane Fiona. Here are a couple of photos illustrating some of the damage in my own community of Halifax, Nova Scotia (CANADA). Our community fared relatively well; however, many people across the rest of Atlantic Canada suffered massive property damage, infrastructure damage, and expansive power outages.

Today our thoughts and best wishes go out to our friends, clients, and colleagues in Florida and other parts of the Eastern US where Hurricane Ian landed.

I hope you’re safe and sound where ever you are today.
