Happy (belated) Mother's Day

My dear grandmother (Ethel MacDougall) was a kind (but sometimes very feisty) person (seated in the middle). As a child, I would get to visit her at her home in Port Dufferin, Nova Scotia (CANADA) during the weekends. 

I would often wake up to freshly squeezed orange juice, and homemade bread while coffee perked on the old woodstove. 

This past Sunday was a bittersweet day as I think of my own mother who passed suddenly on July 21, 2021. 

I hope you had a wonderful day on Sunday -- as well as today, where ever you are in the world.
