Today I'm delighted to share a governance resource recently published by the Center for Long-Term Cybersecurity and authored by Jordan Famularo, PhD.

Are you interested in joining me for my annual Champagne Bistro? Join me on Saturday, January 6th for a private visualization event from the privacy of your home. During this event, we will set intentions for 2024 using a simple, fun, and powerful process (and they are NOT "SMART goals").

For the last seven years, I’ve led hundreds of people through this journey -- my daughter (Brenna Farmer) actually purchased her first home by setting the right intention during the height of the pandemic--against all odds. The power of intention works for me. I’ve used it time and again to visualize, manifest, and realize several challenging and life-changing achievements.

Friends of Westgate named best governance team at Corporate Governance Awards

Longtime Westgate community friend, podcast guest, and colleague, Jon Olson, Senior Vice President & General Counsel at Blackbaud, Inc. (3rd from the right), shared the gala photo.

According to author Ben Maiden, editor of Investor Relations Magazine, Winners of Governance Intelligence’s 16th annual Corporate Governance Awards were announced at the gala ceremony in New York.

"The Corporate Governance Awards celebrate outstanding achievements by the governance profession in areas such as hosting AGMs, compliance and ethics programs, ESG reporting, entity management, use of technology, proxy statements, investor engagement and corporate transactions. 

This year for the first time there was also recognition for best board assessment program and outstanding work by an independent director. A total of 42 separate companies were short-listed for their work."
