Offering no ho-hum solutions, Morris is a hybrid business leader having led his own successful technology business for 30 years. Now he serves businesses as a fractional and interim CFO and COO. In his spare time, Morris stays active as a cycling
enthusiast.
A customer-focused leader with experience across finance, operations and technology functions, Morris is skilled at recognizing patterns, understanding operational flows and integrating systems into existing work environments. In his new role at TechCXO he explains the collaborative environment of the firm.
“In my current role, I have 100 partners within the TechCXO organization. I give them as much as I can—knowledge I have about technology solutions and other kinds of solutions that I've learned about—both to make them more productive, as well as to make their clients more productive. I don't expect anything in return.”
Most recently for a TechCXO client, Morris helped to consolidate the operations of a $7 billion company using his expert skills in finance, operations, and technology. In fact, Morris uses MS Excel to consolidate and synthesize massive amounts of data into financial reports such as balance sheets and income statements. Often he is asked to do this type of work very quickly and there is
no time to source proprietary commercial products. His clients appreciate his swift process with quality results and a people-focused approach to his work.

Here is my daughter, Brenna, with her father, learning how to operate a power saw at our cottage in the Chester area of Nova Scotia (eastern CANADA) last weekend. After 18 months, we’re still cleaning up after Hurricane Dorian that hit Halifax on September 7, 2019. The storm caused $62.2 million in damages and was one of the most devastating hurricanes in the province’s
history.
