I find that companies want to know more, but they put a limit in place. They say, ‘well, we only want to know, to this point, because we’re only willing to make these types of changes.’
Unfortunately, there are a lot of surface-level changes and I wish for them and their customers, that they would be able to go deeper and realize there is so much value…retaining customers means they will buy again and again, they will refer, etc.”
