As part of our employee highlights series for 2023, each month we will introduce you to one of our stellar employees to give a little insight into those responsible for furthering the reputation we have for great products and service. 

Our next highlight is our Daily Operations Manager Janelle Sebring. Janelle started working for UA in July of 1992, and having now offered more than 30 years of outstanding service to the company, has become our longest tenured employee.   

There are very few aspects of our business that Janelle has not learned and subsequently helped to shape. Besides steering the ship as our Daily Operations Manger, she has served as a Book Keeper, Human Resources Director, Purchasing Specialist, Production Manager, Sales Associate, and Logistics Coordinator.      

A native of Commerce City and lifelong resident of Colorado, Janelle is the embodiment of our values here at United Asphalts. Her philosophy is simple...show up, work hard, listen, and be kind.

"The best part about working at United Asphalts is that our employees take pride in their work and have the mindset that no matter your job title, duties, or years of experience, we all play an equally valuable role in manufacturing quality asphalt, PMA products, and providing superior customer service." Janelle said. 

Outside of work, Janelle loves to travel, exercise, and perhaps most importantly, entertain her Golden Retrievers (Pink & Floyd).
