Getting some news this week regarding some summer events... Alameda County Fair full concert series release while the Garlic Festival moves again--this time to Los Banos. Should be a good weekend of events.
Locally, San Ramon is having budget issues.
Antioch School District back in the news. Board of Supervisors working on Contra Costa County Budget plus state lawmakers continue to push new bills.
10:00 am – Antioch Hosts Arbor Day at Hansen Park (Nortonville & Hanson) – planting trees to enhance our beautiful
cityscape and promote a healthier environment. Plus, stick around for a BBQ afterward.
3:00 pm - Jake & Natalie Nunn & Los Roqueros at Serendipity (Brentwood)
5:30 pm - Full Spectrum at Slow Hand BBQ (Martinez)
6:00 pm - David Correa at Del Ciello Brewing (Martinez)
10:30 am - Four Legs Brewing 5k Beer Run: The event is organized by Fleet Feet and sponsored by ASICS.
Meet at Four Legs Brewing at 10:30am to begin the run. If you try on a pair of ASICS demo running shoes, you get a free beer. As an added bonus for all the runners, Four Legs Brewing will be selling all beer on tap for only $6! The sign up sheet for the Beer Run is at Four Legs Brewing.
