These States’ Annual Reports are Due on March 1, 2022

Running a business in your state means that you ought to comply with state rules and regulations. And one of the important requirements by many states is to file annual reports for your business.

That adds more regulatory requirements and work on your part. But these are all necessary steps that you can complete, especially if you work with someone like me, an accountant, and an IRS Enrolled Agent. Find out how to contact me at the bottom of this email.

Who is required to file annual reports, and when?

Below are states that require specific annual reports by the end of the day on March 1, 2022.

Delaware - Annual Report and Annual Franchise Tax Report for C Corporations
Nebraska - Biennial Occupation Tax Report for C Corporations
Rhode Island – Annual Report for C Corporations

If you run a C Corp in any of the above states and haven’t filed the above, you are running out of time. You must submit before midnight on March 1, 2022.
