Happy Tuesday!!!
It's almost Halloween.
We live in a rural area. At night, you can only see a few feet from the house (when the lights are on) and a sky full of stars. And if you have a vivid imagination like me, you can scare the bajeebus out of yourself living on our property.
This is one of the millions of reasons why I'm glad we have dogs.
PS - Halloween is Scout and Zoey's 6th birthday!!!
I purchased my tickets for Dogs Naturally Magazine's 2020 Raw Round Up last week and I had to share because the early bird special is $50!!!
$50 is a deal that I can't pass up! Plus we get the recordings for free - so if we can't watch it Live, we have the recordings 4-EVA!
Hurry and get your tickets today! The price increases to $197 when this deal expires!
What I love about the Raw Roundup is that I can watch from the comfort of my sofa. In the teaser I received in the email, they said that someone is returning that we haven't seen in a while - who could it be?
Do you plan to attend?

Have you checked out WINPRO Mobility (or their other supplements) yet? This week, it's discounted by 20%. No discount code!

Right now, my senior dogs take Mobility. Rodrigo and Zoey take Allergy. And the puppy takes Focus 30 minutes prior to a training session.
These supplements really do work and the dogs take them like they're supplements!
What to Do When Your Dog Alerts to a Ghost
I love this time of year because it’s suddenly okay to talk about our real experiences with the paranormal. Mostly, I roll my eyes at the ghost hunter shows or get excited about the latest Paranormal Activity movie. But I rarely admit that I believe in ghosts. So I'm stepping away from my normal chatter about raw feeding and dog nutrition to chat about ghosts.
Happy Halloween!
Do Dogs See Ghosts?
Last year, Sydney and I walked into the kitchen, and she stopped, her hackles raised, and she started a low growl while looking towards the sink/dishwasher area, stepped forward to block me and leaned into me, to push me back.
She was seeing a ghost. I didn't get freaked out because I'm no stranger to the paranormal.
I’ve always been told to ignore ghosts because to acknowledge them is to give them power. But what do you do when your dog sees a ghost? It’s hard to ignore Sydney when she’s snarling, growling and barking.
I feed my dogs peanuts all the time, but not peanut butter. In this post, I explain why, share a few alternatives to peanut butter, including non-peanut butter KONG recipes.
I love Tudor history. I've watch Tudors every year. I've seen the White Queen more times than I can count. So when Darwin's Pet asked me how I treat my dogs like royalty, I was inspired. When it comes to our dogs, I think we all treat them like royalty, so instead of pointing out the obvious, I decided
to have some fun with this post.
I had an opportunity to interview Dr. Becker about supplements that I give to my dogs and, once again, she blew me away with the amount of knowledge she has about how to raise our dogs naturally.
There are a lot people offering meal formulation services. And, to be honest, I was tempted to do the same so I spent a lot of money on a software program. And then I realized that I didn't know what the HECK I was doing. Yikes!!!
