Anxiety Attacks

Yesterday, I had an anxiety attack, my first in over six months (I use to have them several times weekly). And each of my dogs responded, which was a happy surprise.

Dogs possess an innate ability to detect signs of anxiety attacks in their humans, intuitively stepping up to provide solace and aid. 

Some dogs exhibit remarkable attentiveness, remaining by their owners' side and offering gentle, affectionate gestures like licking or resting their heads on their laps.

Deep Thoughts

After watching my dogs respond to my anxiety attack and work me through the emotions, I began to wonder if any of them would be a candidate for ESA, therapy, or service dog work. I'm now going to look into the various certifications. People are suggested choosing Bella due to her age - this will be an interesting journey as I learn about this topic.

Gussy's Gut Update

Gussy's Gut is a blend of freeze-dried, fermented, organic vegetables that support my dogs' gut health, immune system, and overall wellness.

I began adding Gussy's Gut to my dogs' diet in August and I'm impressed. I add it to the meals 5 times weekly, once daily - so far, it cleared up poop issues with Apollo (leaky gut) and all the dogs love it. 

It's priced higher than I'd expect, but one bag lasts a month with three large dogs. I don't use it as a base mix; it's a whole food supplement for gut health.
