What a year! As another turbulent 12 months draws to a close, we reflect on the past year and what it has meant to each of us.

For many individuals, families and small businesses, 2021 has been another manic and tumultuous year.

Within the property market, there have been some incredible highs and lows. From booming prices to lifestyle changes to a complete shutdown of inspections and auctions.

We have adapted to challenges thrown at us which we would never have imagined was possible. FaceTime open for inspections and Online property auctions were foreign concepts and ones we would have scoffed at as real estate specialists.

All in all however, I am very pleased and proud to say that my wonderful clients have only experienced property highs in 2021! We have bought and sold properties for the loveliest of people and we are overjoyed that we have been able to touch their lives in this positive way.

Therefore, a huge thank you to all our clients for your trust and for allowing us to support you on your property journey in 2021. It has been a delight to have worked with each of you.

We would like to take this opportunity to wish you and those you cherish a safe and happy festive season. Here's to a more peaceful 2022.
