Thanks to Melbourne holding the unenviable title of most locked down city in the world, Melburnians are increasingly wanting more space to move, to live, to grow, to work, to play - both inside and in their backyards. Since the introduction of COVID restrictions and lockdowns, we are living differently in our homes. We have had to adjust to children and parents, and to couples co-existing, working, schooling and living together 24/7! Add to this a lack of indoor
and outdoor space and you potentially have a tense atmosphere at times.
Having more room to move allows us to separate from other family members and also separate our personal lives from our professional lives. When businesses return to full capacity in the office, people are going to want to remain working from home even if it's for a day or two a week. And as most industries have continued to achieve and maintain profitability, working from home is now the new norm.

In these situations, a buyer's advocate can be critical in locating a dream home within budget and a reasonable timeframe. Contact me to see how I can help!
