Hi
Are you planning to do some birding this weekend? I would be extremely pleased if you would join us for the Global Birding Weekend on Saturday Oct 17 and Sunday Oct 18. Let's form a global 7WondersBirdingTeam
It is super-easy. You simply upload your sightings to ebird and share your checklist with our ebird user name - which is - surprise, surprise: 7WondersBirdingTeam (One word no spaces).
We also started a fundraiser to help Birdlife International's work against illegal bird trade. IT MUST STOP!
Imagine what could be achieved if everyone receiving this newsletter (some 3000 people) would donate 10 bucks.
I'll go first! If you only see 10 dollars on this link that is my contribution.

News from 7WB/Kolibri Expeditions
I sent out a newsletter on Monday with some updates. We won the Condor project and will start developing this in November. With COVID 19 at a good trend and situation we have not seen since May, Peru has opened its borders with international flights from 7 countries. It is now possible to visit safely with lots of COVID 19 policies in place, and different areas opening up to receive tourists. In fact Kolibri Expeditions has a number of scheduled trips already for October-January that you can check out on our calendar. 7 Wonders Birding trips in 2021 to Japan, Guatemala and Mexico are gaining some interest.
If you did not see the newsletter - check this link.
Hit me back with an email letting me know that you will be adding your eBird checklists to 7WondersBirdingTeam.
Saludos
Gunnar
PS. We shall be setting up the everything for the Satipo road project by next week. If you are not able to come on a tour very soon to see this wonderful area, please check out how you can help on the blog post.
