Recently I have had to clear my apartment of A LOT of clutter left behind by another person. It was so upsetting (& destabilizing!) for me to have my space so disorganized and it feels so good to come home now. What a relief!
Do you get a great feeling when you enter your home and your office/work space? Or is it just a place with no soul in it? Maybe you haven't even thought about this, and you just exist in your home and office space without really seeing them. Or maybe the clutter is just too big of a mountain to climb?
It is becoming increasingly more well-known that our wellbeing is deeply impacted by your environments and that we need to take care of our spaces with more intention if we are to live more peacefully, be more productive and frankly just have less stress in our lives.
Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful
or believe to be beautiful.
From the wise words William Morris, as well as the recently best-selling author Marie Kondo who thinks our stuff needs to Spark Joy, we need to make sure our spaces are fulfilling for our spirits and leave us more refreshed than drained.
Is this CLUTTER?
