The days are getting longer where I am and this is a sign of Spring. The Chinese New Year just was celebrated and this is concluded with the Spring Festival. The seasons are changing again and yet this year has only started and we have many months left to get through.
Last year was a bumpy one for sure. Are you hoping for a better journey than last year? Have you done anything to make sure that it will be better, or are you just sticking your head in the sand and hoping it all sorts itself out?
Life does not change by chance, it changes by choice.
I often spend a lot of the beginning of the year creating a plan, thinking through the intentions for the rest of the year and looking to apply the lessons from the last years often painful experiences. Though time is tricky and often it is like sand running through our fingers and we never seem to have enough of it. This is when it is good to delegate and ask for help when you can.
Life offers a second chance. It is called tomorrow.
The result of my intense January is my 5-tips for how to manage the energy of the upcoming 12 months. I create these to help provide some guidelines on how to navigate the new year with some sense of control. This comes from a collection of wisdom by others and an ancient culture's cumulative knowledge that provides insights wiser
than ours alone can ever be. It has amazed me how this information has helped me make wise decisions and avoid disasters many times.
If you missed my online event to welcome in the Chinese New Year, and you'd like your second chance, you are in luck! Until the end of the month you can get my video presentation.
Take chances, make mistakes. That’s how you grow. Pain nourishes your courage. You have to fail in order to practice being brave.”
