With the Covid-19 restrictions being lifted in BC, Canada we are now able to go about more freely (still maintaining our distance and we prefer to still wear masks) so we had an awesome time and sleepover with 2 of our grandkids and will be seeing the other 3 in a weeks time. Whoop whoop, I am a happy Grandma.

Crispy Vanilla Pecan Shortbread Biscuits with a twist. We made these delicious, crispy shortbread biscuits, and then I added a whole lot of chopped pecans and Cadbury chocolate chips.
I usually use fresh fish for crispy tinned tuna fish cakes but I didn’t want to go out to the store so I used the tinned variety today which turns out just as delicious.
