Yes, I love attending the Housewares show. It is where I saw the Air Fryer first launched! This year my tickets were bought - plans made - going with my best friend from high school - and looking forward to a great weekend in Chicago!
Then the email came - Housewares show, with over 56,000 people attending, 47,000 hotel rooms booked - is CANCELLED!
I was shocked! I know you thought I was going to say something much worse. Like I was sick. NO - just disappointed.
For a few people in America this virus has caused more trouble than a cancelled show. But what is worse are the media scare tactics.
The key is personal immunity. The Coronavirus is in all my textbooks dating back decades. It is not new. Scare tactics and political spin is what has crescendoed.
Immunity begins in the gut. The health of your gut is determined by choices. Choices of what we eat - take in, and what we believe - take in. Remember just as we are physical we are spiritual. Same is true of immunity.
The immune system is battling FOR you against viruses, cancer cells, infection, pathogens, etc. God's design is for the cellular defense to remove it without interference in your day.
"Don't worry, Annette we are handling the invaders today!" said the bug to my heart!
Here are the basic tips that win every time in building a strong defense:

- Build Your Immune System
- Make sure you have AT LEAST one month supply of food in your home. It is not enough that you are not susceptible to the virus but you may need to stay home from work, school or stores to avoid interaction with people. Having a good healthy food supply at home gives peace of mind.
- After you have 1 month supply at home - build to 3 months.
