Two seeds that will move you into better health!

There were days I wanted nothing to change. Let me lounge here in my happy place. No challenges, no growth, no obstacles….

 Hmmm..... then my happy place became stale!

There is no such thing as staying the same. Every moment we are either moving forward or slipping backward. And both is a choice!

Slipping backward is that staleness that if not careful can lead to despondency.

To always be  moving forward in a happy place we need to keep two seeds in our mind and diet…..

Spiritually and physically the first seed is forgiveness. When added to your spiritual life - you will feel young at heart and lighter on your feet.

In John 21 Jesus appears at the Sea of Galilee and offers Peter the gift of forgiveness

I teach about unforgiveness in all our courses and books. This is one topic that can lead to spiritual turmoil and physical unrest if not settled daily.

Cancer breeds on unforgiveness! Immunity is silenced with unforgiveness!

When you have 100% forgiveness to yourself and others you will truly experience: “Peace be with you”

Forgiveness in my life recently:

With the COVID situation hundreds of people are buying Bosch mixers and mills. Everyone wants to start cooking for their family in a healthy fashion. This excites me💃

Yet, the delivery of machines has been interrupted due to the shutdown in factories. Everyone who has purchased through Designed Healthy Living is seeing anywhere from a 2-4-week delay in getting their appliances. It is a wait that no one wants in our instant amazon mentality.

This past week I had one customer who was very anxious and unforgiving of the time delay. Her words written to me personally were mean and demanding.

My choice in this situation was to forgive her - stress is difficult – and to refund her money since the machine had not arrived. 

Her option is to forgive herself and to forgive me in the delay (which I had no control).  

We both had a choice. The longer we linger in unforgiveness the longer our cells are damaged!

Physically and spiritually there is no gain to harbor unforgivness to anyone! Anyone!

Second seed – ok, this may seem funny,  is Flax Seeds!

Yep – I am the queen of fiber and I want you to have it all! 

By all I mean happiness, less stress, lose weight, no digestive issues, no dry eyes, and more.
