Tonight is one of my favorite times; coaching and teaching! Sadly we are at the end of our Treasures of Healthy Living Bible Study. Incredible as it was and is, I am always disappointed for my coaching and teaching classes to come to an end.

Tonight's class is about thankfulness and how to never give up!
I thought you might enjoy a glimpse into this class and enjoy some of the takeaways!
So here you go:
Never Give UP
When Scriptural principles are forgotten we become slaves to:
- Sugar
- Laziness - both physically and spiritually
- Processed foods - remember some have as many as 16 chemicals in the making so you can't just eat one!
- Self-centeredness - the COVID issue has created a deeper self-centeredness that for some has halted sharing the Gospel.
- Unforgiveness
- Obesity
- Gossip
- Guilt
These are all signs of us wanting to control the days of our lives. It keeps us young and restless. And there is no guiding light. Pure soap opera drama!
YET when we are grateful to GOD in ALL things here is what is possible:
- Lungs breathe stronger and exchange waste for oxygen
- Kidneys filter waste faster for a purifying effect
- Heart beats stronger and more rhythmic
- Mental clarity is awesome
- Skin is radiant
- Emotional health is resilient!!!!
Remember just as we are physical we are spiritual!
Just as we are spiritual we are physical!
Our physical bodies may be a reflection of our spiritual well-being.
Gratitude is possible 100% of the time - no matter what happens around you! Gratitude is what is happening within you!
