If you own a grain mill you need to read this!😊

Hi ,

Two steps to take this month for the health of your family. And it may not cost you anything!😊

Do you have set times when you change the battery in your smoke alarm or even charge your phone daily?

Well it is time to clean your mill!

Yes I make the 1st of the year the time when I clean my mill to prevent any problems and extend the life of my mill.

If you have the Nutrimill ~ Nutrimill Plus or the Mock Mill this step is for you.

Cleaning the mill will prevent any buildup in the mill.

If you have used any oily seeds in the Mock Mill this will help clean the mill stones. Plus if you own the Mock Mill see this resource for training videos.

If you used oily seeds in the Nutrimill then you are looking for a new machine.😓

So this is the only time I ask you to buy white rice.

Take 1/3 cups of white rice and add to the mill.

In the Nutrimill Classic add the rice and then turn on the machine.

If you own the Nutrimill Plus or the Mock Mill turn on the mill first before adding the white rice.

For the Mock Mill you can take the white rice that has been milled and run it through again at a different setting.

For the Nutrimill you can do this a second time with a new 1/3 cup of white rice.

This is the only reason I have white rice in my pantry. Keep it on hand in case your mill ever starts to mill slower.

It is the perfect way to clean these machines that you have invested in.

Keep milling for the happiness of your family.

Now if your mill has been left abandoned on the shelf - it is time to make friends with it again. The health of your family depends on you controlling the food.

We are moving into uncertain times and the more you control the food the more you control your health. I would highly recommend stocking up on grain and getting used to milling again.
