Second - The first three days of the month are perfect for fasting. When I turn the page in my Day Timer - yes I love paper calendars :), and I see a new month, I know it is time to fast for 1 - 3 days.
Here is how I do it. My favorite way is to drink warm lemon water in the winter and cold lemon water in the summer. And I love drinking my Organic vegetable broth made from this product below. I will usually drink 1 - 2 quarts of this delicious broth per day.
