We don't have to give up all foods to be healthy but we do need to be smart in our baking.
This starts with healthy choice ingredients.

Yet, it was filled with misconceptions.
So - bottom line - freshly milling your own flour is still a very high quality food for the family.
These cookies tastes even better with spelt and kamut flours if you are sensitive to wheat.

Then the additions: peanut butter - must be organic, other nut butters can be used for a tasty variety.
