Do You Bike or Like to Learn?

It is time to hit the road on two wheels!

If you live near the east coast in the states of NC, SC, GA, and FL. then let's chat!

This month I am going to be biking the NC part of the East Coast Trail. In November I am biking the SC part of the trail. Then sometime in December or January I am doing GA.

This leads me up to Jacksonville, Florida to start the final leg of my journey to bike the East Coast Trail.

February I will be biking all of Florida! From Jacksonville to the tip of the Keys. Yes that is over 500 miles. It will take approximately 10 days with stops for a day of worship.

If you want to join me on any of these excursions then reply to this email. You can be the trail leader in the vehicle in front or you can join me on your own bike for part or all of the journey through each state. Ride dates are still being determined.

COVID Update

We had so many of you respond to the email explaining how to get COVID antibody tested. It was very encouraging to hear how so many of you did get tested and were relived to know your scores were actually high. Praise God that is how the body is designed to work.

This test is very beneficial even to those who have received the COVID shot. If you did receive the shot then having this test every 4 months will let you know how well your body is responding.

Here is an update on testing.

CVS will do testing for $37. And many insurance companies are paying for the test so there might be no out of pocket.

Now we do not know how long the antibody or COVID shot is effective, so getting tested every 4 months might be advantageous.

It brings peace of mind to understand how the body works and what you can do to get an inside view.

If you have a concern about the COVID shots there is ample evidence that all manufacturers did use fetal tissue in their research. This was not just J & J occurrence.

We are called to wise and when we lack wisdom don't go to the small 'g' google we go to the big 'G' God - he created all, knows all and gives to each man who asks.
