The simple answer to pain and inflammation is to start
with the 3 principles.

That is the answer, the starting point for every email/DM question we receive. Whatever you or your children are dealing with - the closer the diet resembles God's foods, the sooner relief comes.

The foods God created for us to enjoy bring healing. In man's lab experiments, we will always be plagued with pain and inflammation.
Now the second answer.
