We are already in week 4 of our first 6 weeks in the new year. It is so much easier to work on one task per week than to try to accomplish it all at once.
Today let’s take a fresh look at prayer. I
invited Carol Graham our prayer coach in the
Inner Circle to join us.
Notes from Carol:
When you became a Christian did you automatically know how to pray? After all, isn’t prayer just talking to God and asking Him for His blessing on your life? Or asking
Him for specific answers to a pending problem, i.e. healing for yourself or a loved one?
But the real questions are, how do you pray with the assurance of receiving the miracle you need? How do you hear God’s voice? How do you pray when you are overcome with guilt or shame? Should you pray for more faith?
The secret lies in learning how to pray the answer instead of the problem. It is common for us to beg God when we need a miracle. We often limit God by doubting His Word rather than applying it to our situation. The Bible tells us that He wants to give us not only what we need but abundantly more than what we need. We pray the answer into our lives by praying the Word
over our lives. The Bible teaches us how to pray so we experience abundance in every area of our lives.
“Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think” Ephesians 3:20.
When you understand that concept, your prayer life will change, you will grow closer to your Lord and Savior, and you will see miracles in your life.
Both the prayer course in Biblical Nutrition Academy
and the coaching calls in the
Inner Circle will give you the tools needed to see a change in your spiritual life. As a prayer coach, I am available to answer any questions you may have. Here is my email address: [email protected].
In the 90’s a
popular Bible study was circulating through the churches by Henry Blackaby; Experiencing God. That Bible study was a thonk on the head! Of course, it is that simple to pray and trust God. Well, Carol’s teaching are another thonk on the head! Yep, it is that simple.
Praying God’s Word in any situation are the words God loves to hear. It is automatically
praying in agreement with His Word.
Love it! Love it!
Well that is enough to end this message to you, but let’s go ahead and dive into the physical as well.

You can find one of my favorite dry brushes on my Physical Wellness page.
They need to be natural bristles. And don’t let
it stay in the shower or tub when not in use. It needs to be in a dry place to air dry.
A good brush will last many years.
So today’s physical and spiritual suggestions are simple, one word -
STIMULATE. Stimulate your prayer life by praying God’s Word and stimulate your whole body by dry brushing.
I look forward to reading your response to these suggestions.
