Last weekend was such a blessing at the Biblical Wellness Conference, but I must admit, I was stressed! 😲 That was until I stepped up onto the stage. Then the Holy
Spirit was moving, and it was good.
The music by Lark10 was incredibly awesome. These ladies were in the right place at the right time. And Christy from Body & Soul; she used the song: Shake Like You've Been Changed by Mercy Me. That is my all-time favorite song for conferences.
I was so amazed how God brought all this together without a prior meeting and sharing notes. 🙌
That is how God works! He is in the details. So, if this is what I believe, then why was I
stressed?
Fair question. It was because I take your time as so valuable that it is always my desire to bring exactly what God has for you. And sometimes that causes a little stress in my mind. It is not about trusting God but about 'am I ready to be used?' 🤔
What about you? There is so much happening in our day and the enemy is stirring up trouble. Yet, can we relax and trust in Him?
At conference we used as our foundation Psalm 34:8. This verse ends with: Blessed is the man who
trusts in Him. That is where we are to stay. In the moment of trusts.
This is week 5 of our 6 week journey of beginning a new year and making sure we are physically and spiritually in agreement with who God says we are.
Spiritually stress can ruin our days or challenge to see Him more. I pray you use stress to see more of God and less of the circumstances.

Physically let's take the Vitamin D challenge! 🌞
In our Inner Circle we had a group of ladies take the Vitamin D challenge. They had their blood work done with a Vitamin D panel. Then took the Better Way Health Vitamin D for 2 1/2 months at a prescribed dose. After this time they tested again.
The results were astounding. Most of the group doubled their vitamin D levels.
Then they were to lessen the prescribed dose for 2 months and test again. This shows how much D is necessary on a daily basis to maintain the levels
at an optimal dose.

Now, we get D in vitamins yet, a multi is not enough. Most people need at least 5,000 IU per day. Some may need 10,000 IU. Before you say that is too much, you actually only know how much is too much by getting your blood work done.
