Hello
Have you ever tried to build a castle with moving boxes? My grandbabies - not so much babies anymore, are turning 5 this week. And the celebration is dinosaurs and unicorns. My daughter asked me to make a castle for the two boys, Carter and Landon and Ivy the one girl. Yes, they are triplets. And yes, triplets are triple the fun.
So my living room is full of boxes and packing tape. If the tape holds up the kids will have
fun.
Making the castle has given me a fun way to stay focused on what’s really important. What matters most, was the question I kept asking at conference 2 weeks
ago.
That is the question we must ask ourselves. What matters most?
When it comes to these areas - write out your answers on a piece of paper:
Marriage
Weight
Health
Body
Kids
Grandkids
Job
Ministry
You may not have answers for all of these questions
but choose the top three to work on.
Now the step that is the purpose of this email and is the end of our 6 week journey to being healthier spiritually and
physically.
Define what matters most to you. Some may say - what is your WHY?
In my health and Steve’s health we had to determine how important is it?
In our ability to climb mountains and hike trails - we determined it matters.
In our ability to keep God center in our lives - it matters.
Once you know what matters most then we must guard what matters.
Guard
your heart - Keep God’s Words flowing all day long
Guard your marriage - avoid gossip, pornography, wrong thoughts - keep praising God for your spouse's good areas. Pretty soon
there will be more good areas than not so good.
Guard your kids minds - keep them away from the evil influences, keep them always within hearing of your trust in the
Lord.
Guard your body - Remember the 3 Principles, avoid addictions and additives.
Guard Your mission - this is the passion of your heart that God’s Word promises to deliver.
These areas matter in your health spiritually and physically.
That is part 1 the spiritual for this week, now part 2 the physical is very similar:

Pray God’s Word over every family member Memory Verse Cards
I learned during my transformation
that my marriage was seeing better days. I took what I learned about health and applied it to my marriage. Giving God the glory for the great things He has done and is doing.
Remember when scripture says the glory of the Lord - it means His divine presence is there.
Let’s show that what matters most in our lives is to see His Divine Presence in all areas of our life! Today and tomorrow!
