I am the best starter! If you saw my list of to-do's you would see how well I am at starting!

In fact, we started TikTok a couple months ago and then I reconsidered and we pulled it off. Now we are restarting it again. Start - stop - restart - ?
Â
Am I the only one who starts and then
reconsiders?
Â
Starting is deciding.Â
Â
Staying on the track of that decision is where thoughts get challenged. Old habits
creep in, time constraints bring a hinge of regret.
Â
So how do we get started and keep to the plan?
Â
After I share this, I have a
huge announcement at the end of this email! Super Exciting!
Â
The answer is our morning routine. How you start your day sets the stage for a glorious appointment or a regress into old habits.
Â
Here are some tips to get more done and more of what is your desire.
Â
1. When your feet hit the floor - say out loud - or at least to yourself: Today is going to be an AMEN day, I heartily agree with what God brings my
way.
Â
This morning I did just that, then went and studied God's Word. I tend to be too over zealous sometimes and decided to tone it down a little and let God speak for me. I then had a conversation with someone and it did not go as planned. I went back to my starting place and had another talk with God.
"Lord, I did as you requested and it did not work. I will wait for you to work instead."
Â
Starting with the words - Today is going to be an AMEN day does not guarantee everything goes perfectly, instead it sets your mind to remember who is God!
Â
When we step out on our own - we are playing god.
When we continue to go back to Him - he is God.
Â
2. Drink 6 - 16 ounces of water.
Â
Start your day with a morning rinse. Rinse the debris from yesterday from your system. Overnight, your body did clean up. Now give it  assistance to sweep it all out with a quick drink.
Â
Add a lemon squeeze if you want to help it even more. Make sure your water is purified and all fluoride and pollutants are removed. Here is the product we use.

3. Exercise - do 10 minutes of exercise - get moving. This can be easy moving or strenuous. Your choice. More minutes is even better.
Â
4. Now enjoy breakfast or wait till the end of your fast.Â
Â
You have just completed 4 things:
- Set your mind to be in the position of praise
- Hydrated and pH balanced
- Moved the lymphatic system
- Got your metabolism working

After doing these steps - say again: Today is going to be an AMEN day, I heartily agree with what God brings my way.
Â
To keep track of your challenges and
success, I highly recommend the Hunger Satisfied Journal. When we plan ahead for 24 hours and then see how simple it is to follow - we see our health soaring to greater victories quickly.

When we track and see challenges - we can address them right away so there is no obstacle to your success.

Every day is a victory - you are walking in victory every day. As soon as you see it, you will recognize it everywhere.Â

Eating beyond satisfied will no longer give you the urge to eat. Stopping when satisfied will be the new joy you wait for.
