When the mom called crying, I did not know what she would say next.
Then I heard these words, “She is no longer tapping her spoon when she eats!’
Now to you, that may not seem like a monumental accomplishment, but to a mother of an OCD child, this is a major step to wellness. And
the child happily said, “Mom, I am not tapping!”
Another mom called to let me know her son can do math without delaying and making excuses! Plus, his math scores are almost perfect!
And the best testimony was when I worked with the parents of a teenager who was withdrawn and unable to express why she was drawing in. All conversations were of no help.
They considered counseling, but
the child (teenager) promised she was not doing this because of neglect or a problem. The child just felt like being by herself. She wore a hoodie and did not want to show her face.
When we set up a plan which included the right foods and the Amare Fundamentals, it was within a week, their daughter was smiling again and no more hoodie!
Diet matters. Every bite of food either conditions the gut microbiome for a mix of healthy neurotransmitters to signal the brain for happiness or it sends signals of despair.
And despair for a teenager is hard to communicate.
These testimonies come from parents who were tired of the medication route to help their children be able to learn and communicate.
They wanted the happy and normal kids every parent prays for. Yet, the doctors are
typically prescribing medications without looking at diet and supplements.

First is Diet
The Bible Diet: Eating by the 3 principles is the first answer.
Let this school year be the year the family embraces the foods God called good for us.
Then let each food being served or bought represent the true food and not a lab experiment.
And lastly, if
there is an uncontrolled craving - it is a sign of another problem. Salt and sugar cravings need to be dealt with, so no other issue ensues.
Make sure every meal has a healthy protein, either animal or plant. Add in some fats such as avocado, yogurt, or other fats.
Add in veggies and 2 fruits per day.
Grains - when freshly milled and baked, are the perfect answer to get the gut moving again and removing all toxins.
