1. Know your numbers - get your blood levels checked. The first check tells you where you are today. Then adjust your supplement Vitamin D, and recheck in 3 months.

The goal to be cancer preventative is to be between 70 and
90. Above 100 is not yet studied for effectiveness. But 70 is perfect!!!
I have seen no one at the level of 70 or above without intentionally supplementing.
To get the numbers up requires hours in the sun with large portions of skin showing such as your back. Your body will make up to 20,000 IU of vitamin D from being in the sun and your back showing.
